Programs and Services:

MAKABATA (Maunlad na Komunidad Angkop sa mga Bata or A Progressive Community Fit for Children) a holistic community development program that puts children at the center. It is designed to ensure children’s participation, protection, survival and development in policy instruments as well as plan implementation. We work with parents and concerned institutions like the government toward building a safe and enabling environment for them to succeed in life.

RSDP (Resources and Services Development Program) -an enterprise development program designed to help community-based organizations (CBOs) attain financial capacity and economic sustainability and become drivers of local economic development.

COMMUNITIES-ADAPT (Communities Adapting to Climate Change and Disaster), a socio ecosystem approach based program designed to strengthen communities and build resilience against climate change and disasters.

INSTITUTIONAL BUILDING is a human resources and development program aimed at

producing empowered, equipped and transformed staff and board members who are able to fulfill the vision and mission of the organization.

Target Beneficiaries:

​​SAO directly works with 6,000 children and 2,000 poor families in 15 baranggays in five provinces.
